"I have had acne rosacea for ten years now. This is an uncomfortable condition of the face, where the skin reddens, blood vessels become more pronounced, and lumps and scabs appear. In its worst days, it can be painful and itchy. I happened across a French book on aromatherapy that mentioned helichrysum oil for rosacea. I made up a blend of one drop each of helichrysum, frankincense, balsam fir (Idaho), and sandalwood. I put all or some of these four oils on my face most nights. Although there is still some pinkness on my face, the oils have helped tremendously to reduce the redness and to minimize any flair-ups. Where I used to look like a beetroot, my skin now has a healthy pink flush. ART has also seemed to further reduce the redness." - Artemis
